Two nights in the Deluxe King Room were overall pleasant. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a restful night. However, noise from the hallway was quite disruptive and felt like conversations were happening inside the room. Additionally, unexpected charges appeared on my credit card, which was frustrating, and the lack of a well-stocked refreshment area was disappointing. The seasoned fries were fantastic, but maintenance issues like a leaking toilet were unfortunate.

Clean room, friendly staff, the seasonal outdoor pool made relaxing after a long day of exploring easy and enjoyable, and the fitness center helped me maintain my routine during my stay.

I appreciated how welcoming the staff was during check-in, and the hotel is just a short walk from Hamilton Place Mall and great dining options, making it super convenient for dining and shopping during my stay.

While the room's location is decent, I found the absence of an elevator a bit inconvenient, especially after a long day. The mattress was extremely firm, which didn't suit my preference for softer beds. Additionally, the TV options were limited, lacking many channels suitable for kids, which might frustrate families traveling with young ones. I also encountered a frustrating surprise with an extra fee at check-in that hadn't been communicated in advance, which could have been avoided with clearer information.

we had a lovely stay at sonesta select. the location was super convenient, close to great restaurants. our deluxe king room was clean and well appointed. the staff was friendly, and when we encountered a problem with our first room, they upgraded us to a suite without any charges, which was amazing! the outdoor pool was also open daily, adding to our enjoyment.

The food scene nearby was dynamite! Hit up J Alexander's for their fab flavors and the Waffle House for that late-night breakfast run. Plus, the Deluxe King Room was all kinds of comfy!

We visited the mall and checked out a nearby restaurant. The location was perfect, super convenient for our plans. The hotel was clean and the staff friendly, though just a heads up, they don’t offer breakfast.

The location is super convenient, right by Hamilton Place mall. The lobby's modern vibe is nice, and I loved chilling by the pool. Chris and Lindsey were awesome at the front desk! The only bummer was the lack of an elevator, which can be a pain if you have lots of luggage.
